About us

Immo-Lux sp. z o.o. company has been active in investment projects since 1997.

Construction and investment experience we have gained in 20 years of activity on the market and own capital invested into all our projects are our assets and guarantee of meeting the assumptions during the implementation of investment project. The subject of our activities on Property Market is both construction from the bottom up - developer activity, extensions and reconstructions of existing objects, and restoration of previous grandness of historical buildings - renovations.

Diligence of our efforts and commitment put into renovation of our objects have been appreciated and rewarded with special awards in National Competitions ("Modernization of the Year") under the auspices of the President of RP.

However, the biggest prize for us is the satisfaction of our Customers - that is why we attach so big importance to selection of locations, being the basis of success of our projects, as well as the architecture, carefully thought over for the functionality and aesthetics. We use in our investment project traditional building materials, utilizing at the same time the state-of-the-art technical solutions.

Hunter's Manor-house at the heart of the forest

Located at a distance of approximately 60 km from Poznań in the heart of Noteć Forest Manor-house in Swiss style has been built in 1907 by Count Wilhelm von Hochberg. The Count hosted in his property magnates from all Europe and also from the Middle East. Picturesque location on the bank of lake allows enjoying a moment of time spent on terrace with beautiful panorama.

Budrysówka Villa


Home of General Kazimierz Sosnowski built in 30s, pearl of Zakopane architecture located at the south slope of Gubałówka mountain. After overall renovation carried out by Immo-Lux Sp. z o.o. at the beginning of December 2002, put to use as luxury guest house.
